Sagestream LLC My 3 main scores Fico are 698 there's came in as a 488 with multiple delinquencies and I have none!! San Diego California

I received a denial letter for a car loan from Ally Bank stating the reason was because of a low score and too many delinquencies from Sage Stream LLC.  I have been in full view of the other three main reporting agencies for years making sure that all my accounts reported correctly, and can say for sure that they all report no delinquincies.  I have no derogatory marks either so getting this letter is very upsetting.  Sage Stream is wanting me to mail personal documents to them in order to verify identity before they will grant access to their files.  I will not ever mail such information to anyone that I do not know or trust, and these people will never be trusted with these fraudulent claims against me.
