When ordering from Sahalie online, you must 'opt out' of their rewards program. If you do not 'opt out' when you place an order, they charge your credit card $14.95 every 28 days for their program. We ordered an item from their website in October 2008 and were charged $60 in 3 months for a service we never ordered. When you notice the charges appearing on your credit card bill, you must call and request they stop the charges. That is when they tell you that you did not "opt out" of this service when you ordered from them online therefore they WILL NOT REFUND your money. BEWARE OF SAHALIE, THEY CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

I'll bet you find that this Monthly fee was fully disclosed and you ignored it..
