I ordered a neck decompression strap for Christmas. 49.95 it never arrived. Gave me a bogus tracking number

I am another consumer that ordered the neck brace and had my credit card charged back in December 2017, was given a tracking number that was bogus. Emailed Saiyo Customer Service several times, which they responded two times to say to be patient and order on its way, however in the last month, no replies back from my email requests. Feel ripped off!!!

I ordered 2 LED light bulbs from SaiyoStore.com in December 2017. They gave me a bogus tracking number and of course the product was never delivered. Inquiries to their customer service went unanswered. Had to cancel the charges. This is a scam.
