Sal Govi dreamy skin Talked to Carly at Customer service Scam!! Trial product ISN'T trial. Scam to steal your money!!!! Toronto Internet

I was surfing the web one night and saw an ad for this skin cream.  I opened the ad and decided to try the trial.  

What harm would the trial be since it was only 4.95.  I could handle that and if I wanted the product and liked it I would in

the future maybe buy it.  I was thinking a small investment to try something out.  That is the only reason that I decided to

order this.

I get the product.  1 oz of cream.  I saw that I was charged 4.95 for the product and 99. s/h or something.  I was okay with

that.    That was the 11th.  The 24th I was charged another 89.95.  That was not okay with me.  I called to cancel.  I then

had to call to get my 90.00 dollars back and was informed by Carly at 888-598-9474 that I agreed to the subscription of the

product.  I did not!!  I told her that I want to send this back and she stated that they don't do it.  You can't return the

product!!! What???!!  I proceeded to tell her that I will be calling my credit card company and reporting this to the BBB.

 She then stated that I was to have cancel in the 14 days.  Well, if you can see for one they charged in on the 13th day!

Plus I went back to the website and NONE of what Carly had said was true.  There was NO mention of a club or that it

wasn't returnable.  I wouldn't of bought it.  The website was cs@skinopulent.com-855-549-2157.  The phone number for

Carly is 888-598-9474.  She then proceeded to give me back 35%.  I stated that wasn't good enough but it was a start.

I was still going to call my bank.  She then stated that she would talk to her manager which I asked to speak to but she

wouldn't let me and she could offer me 50% but record it but that was all I could get back.  I explained this is a scam and

needs to be reported.  You go from 35% to 50%.  Someone needs to know what is going on.  She stated that she was

refunding me 50%.  I told her that I was reporting her.

I have called my bank.  I am reporting this now to this website.  I will b calling and reporting to BBB.
