I have requested a refund for the product I purchased and have not received. I have made the request several times. 

I have gotten one message that is always exactly the same in response to each contact I have made. 

I have requested several times for the product to be shipped or a refund to be issued. Neither has happened in the 2 weeks I have been making contact via email.

I tried calling the phone number on my bank statement today. The phone number does not ring at all; I only receive a error tone, indicating my call cannot be completed.

I finally filled a report with Shopify as well, since they were listed as the platform provider, and therefore having connection to the SaleGuru. In less than 24 hours, I received an email from Catherine Johnson <manager@thesaleguru.com> stating I will be receiving a full refund. 

I will follow up again to let you all know if this was successful. 

My advice is go ahead and contact Catherine Johnson <manager@thesaleguru.com> requesting a refund, and also get ahold of Shopify customer support https://help.shopify.com/questions

I wish all of you the best of luck in getting your money back! I am very hopeful the message I received this morning will prove to be accurate, and that I also receive a full refund. Good Luck!!
