In 2008, one of our employees decided to try Salesboom.  After using the 30-day trial, he decided that it didn't meet our needs.  We started using SugarCRM, and are still using it heavily.

We recently started getting rude email demands for payment, threatening legal/collections action.  When I told them we don't use the software, they then sent an invoice for a "cancellation fee".

This is an ILLEGAL PRACTICE - I've sold software maintenance renewals, and the practice being used by Salesboom is not legal.
