sales@panamagatewaycorp.com ,FundingSearch.com Fradlulent Charges of $69.95 for monthly website membership to website I never visited. Henderson, Nevada

I go to work at 3:AM on my lunch break I checked my e-mail and much to my suprize I discovered an invoice for $69.95 charged to my debit card from sales@panamagatewaycorp.com for something called kqgrant10.com.  This invoice came in at 5:00Am while I had been working.  I have never visited this site called www.FundingSearch.com ever.  When I called the 800 975 0722 number to dispute the charges the rep. on the other end asked "how is it possible that we have all of your information if you never signed up?"  I explained to them that I had not signed up for anything and that I wanted my money back.  He offered to cancel my account and refund my money it will take 7 to 10 working days to get the refund.  I asked for his supervisor and requested from him the address of the home office.  It is 2850 Horizon Ridge Parkway suite 200, Henderson Nevada 89052.  I was told that their is no phone number to the home office in Nevada that is for complaints. I am searching for it anyway.  In the mean time I have to go to my bank and cancel my debit card that I have had for 20 plus years and wait for 7 days for a new one, so I cannot pay my bills online or make purchases until I get the new one.  How convienient.  I would really like to know how they got my info. since my PC has been off for a week and I am extremely careful online.  Our computers are very well protected and there are no keyloggers or trojans.  I can only surmise that they bought the info.  I will be reporting this to other authorities here in Washington and in Nevada.  The phone is afire.
