That was the e-mail I received, placed several calls the jerk called me back tring to pass himself off as a member of the U.S. Goverment. I don't give up! He in for a fight.

I keep getting the same e-mail each and every month. I keep calling until I get ahold of someone. This is the 4th month and again I will call to get a refund. I am going to my bank tomorrow to stop payments on this company. I am getting sick and tired of this. I keep telling them to take me off their list and do not charge my account again. They said that they did this and I should not get anything else, but low and behold again this month. I have contacted the Attorney General and filed a complaint but have heard nothing and they don't seem to have done anything regarding this company. That's the government for you.
