Salviaextracts.com Sent the wrong order and arent at all helpful in trying to resolve the problem. screwed out of $100. Internet

Been ordering from them for over 2 years. There have been 2 times where i've ordered from them and had wrong or only a portion of the order shows up and when you try to resolve the problem with their customer service they are not at all helpful. if they send the wrong or partial order they"ll charge you more for shipping when it was their mistake in the first place. They are horribly bad about sending emails with tracking information or any other info for that matter. When they have products out of stock they also wont send out emails letting people know whats going on. I've done alot of business with them over the last 2 years but after all the multiple problems i'm done. This site has to be one of the most unprofessional internet sites that I've ever ordered anything from. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from these guys.
