Purchased my tires at local Sam's club. When I purchased them I was informed that I would get free tire rotation and balance for the life of the tire. When I asked about this I was told that I could bring my car to any Sam's club or Walmart location that deals tires and have the rotation and balance. I'm ata local Walmart that has the tire and battery department and Walmart just refused to honor the agreement. They say that they have never honored it and that sand club keeps telling it's customers they will. Someone is wrong here.
