You can read the other reviews and hear more of the same. I am not a simple minded business owner. I always ask pertinent questions when considering a new vendor. With that in mind, my review is simple. I was lied to, misinformed and misled numerous time by numerous reps at First Data, Sam's Club Merchant Services and Clover. Apparently the company goes by all these names.

My sales rep, Bryan Kitchens who also seems to go by the name of Ross Kitchens absolutely lied to me as did others I spoke to at the company. I was charged $10,000 over and above my agreed upon rate. Customer service was useless and I had to write off the loss as an experience. I strongly recommend you find an alternate service for your credit card payment processing.
