My two months old Galaxy note 2 didn't charge well so i send to Samsung repair center for repairing. About a week later, they send it back with only the reason BER. I search and found out BER mean Beyond error repair that mean they didn't do anything. They said my phone has liquid damage and they refused to fix it. I only have the phone for a short time and have ever let it contact to water. How come it have liquid damage?? i saw there are a lot of people in this website get the same problem as mine. What wrong with Samsung. Why they don't honer their promise. So one year guarantee with Samsung product is is on the ad?? Very disappointed with a such big company.
