San Bernadino Child Support Intrest on Balance Ripoff Loma Linda California

The amount of interest charged on child support is rediculas. They make it a life sentence. My child was was paid off in 2005. However I kept paying untill 2012. I figured I was pretty well paid off by now. I found that I stll owed Aprox. $30,000.00 in interest. I made over $14,000.00 in payments wich dropped the balance to aprox. $16000.00.  I never knew this balance even existed until I found their web site. 

I never received a bill from 2005 to date. I had to argue with them to get that. I was told by The san Bernadino (and I have their printed statement ) saying that " they only send you monthly statments if you are behind on child support. I was pissed. Well, I had them do an audit of my account and guess what, They found an additional $11000.00 account that they had seemed to over look, and they had been charging me 10% interest on that account also. That shot my total up to $27,000.00. That's not my fault. That's their fault do sloppy bookkeeping, and I'm sure computer errors.

I have to pay for those mistakes.  My youngest child is over 30 years old. 

I"ve given My Ex-wife over $1500.00 to help pay her rent in the past. I didn't have too but, I did. I helped my daughter with her college tuition and sent her $200.00 per month on top of that to help her with rent and food because she married a REAL DEAD BEAT DAD.  She has two children and takes care of them alone.

I'm 64 years old, not in the best of health and still paying for San Bernadinos bills wtih my interest payments.  Now! on top of that, they take 25% out of my unemployment checks plus the money I send them out of my pocket. That really sucks.

If any agency needs to be investigated it needs to be them.
