San Tan Christian Harding liars and con artists Internet

in june/july of 2012, i purchased a used 2008 VW R32. I was told, with a witness present that it had not been in an accident by Christian Harding. However, after 24 hours the car would'nt run properly. So, i returned it to the service department and asked for a refund or replacement. i was refused. i was given a loaner and told it would be fixed. i asked for another car fax and nothing. The same day i found out that i was defrauded for 1000.00 dollar by the dealership. So, i called the AZ AG's office and the money was returned. The very next day, after going to another dealership, i was given a carfax which stated that my car had been in an accident prior to me purchasing it. after several un-returned phone calls, emails and the AZ AG contacting the dealership and the owner, 10 months later, i still have a piece of crap car that i can neither trade or sell. my only recourse is to file a lawsuit against this horrid dealership in the hopes that the video, audio and physical witness that i have will at least get me a car that works properly and has a warranty or pay for all the work that needs to be done to it. As a retired veteran, it sickens me to know that these are the type of people that i've been getting my a*s shot off for. San Tan VW has no Shame, Honor or Soul. I have tried everything outside of a Lawsuit to fix this issue and it has been fruitless. Stay away from San Tan VW at all costs. I have informed every Veterans organization, Active duty Military and anyone that will listen, of what has happened to me regarding this dealership and will continue to do so until i have satisfaction concerning this matter.
