sanford brown institute Lied, manipulated, and mislead me in to the medical assistant program iselin, New Jersey

I decided to call sanford brown institute in iselin nj because I was interested in there Diagnostic Medical Sonagraphy program. A co worker had told me that she was currently in that program, and that it was one of the only schools around that were accredited for this program. As soon as I called I was connected to an advisor and she told me to come right in and we will "talk about things." I went to the school with a friend of mine that was also interested and we sat down right away in her office.
 
She asked what we were interested in doing and we told her that we would like to do the ultrasound program. She told us that you need a certain amount of college credits (which we didn't have) to get in to the program. She proceeded to tell us that we had another option, which was enrolling into the medical assistant program. By doing that, she assured us that we would be able to transfer right over into the ultrasound program with no problem. I asked her if there was any other way because the MA program was expensive and something that I was not interested in doing, but she said that was the only way I would be able to make up for not having enough college credits.

Fast forward nine months later, I am still in the MA program not to mention miserable. I don't have to even open a book and I get straight A's. It's not challenging me at all (and I wasn't the best student in high school or college.) There's fist fights in class, teachers running out crying... I was told it was going to be mostly "hands on training" . There must of been 3 days to where I was actually physically doing ANYTHING.

The school LIED to me. Now they changed the rules and are telling me along with 10 other MA's I have talked to that even if we complete the medical assistant program, if we do not have enough college credits we have to go to a college and earn them. I had a witness in the room along with 10 other classmates that were told that all they needed to do to get into ultrasound was complete medical assisting. This must be a sick joke. I spent 14,000 on this program because I wanted to have a career in ultrasound, not because I wanted to be a medical assistant  I've literally had it up to here with this school. There are a massive amount of complaints about this school, something has to be done! A school cannot rob someone of there money and constantly get away with it. Half of the medical assistants are in the program because they wanted to be in either diagnostic or CVT ultrasound.

I am really really interested in filing a class action lawsuit. I want justice for myself along with everyone else. The school is money hungry and greedy, does not help people find jobs, lies and manipulates to get people to take additional programs, does not give quality education that they so claim to give, and 80 % of the instructors are not qualified to be teaching these classes!
