Should be ashamed of themselves. Eight people I know have had there income tax refund mailed out instead of direct deposited like they marked on there tax return. No it was not the people putting the account number in incorrectly. All the eight people have verified through there tax returns that the account and routing numbers on there return are correct. Since when does a bank think they can do whatever they want? I also know one of my friends has hired an attorney because she actually works at the bank and takes care of all the ACH deposits. She talked to SBBT and they told her they tried to direct deposit and it did not work. She caught them red handed in a blatant lie. She said no you did not because I work at the bank and take care of all the ACH deposits and you did not attempt to deposit my refund into my bank account and the SBBT representative hung up on her. So Turbotax should also be embarrassed for doing business with such a shady company. Must be nice to think you can do whatever you want with other people's money. No wonder why this country is in shambles with the economy. No control over what banks think they can do. We can only hope that SBBT goes under like all the other shady banks already have out there. Hopefully the California economy has a huge impact on this shady company going under. Hopefully you can sleep at night SBBT.
