Sanyo Manufacturing Doesn't stand behind products, less than a year old TV and it's crap Forrest City Arkansas

I purchased a tv by Sanyo through WalMart less than a year ago. Since then it has stopped working. It's now been close to 2 months and neither WalMart nor Sanyo are concerned with the fact that their product is faulty. The "authorized" service center I was told to use treats me like garbage and again neither company seems concerned. It's at the point where I feel as though I'm helpless and can't get any satisfaction. What do you do when 2 huge companies act as though you are beneath their notice? The Television - out of the blue - stopped producing a picture. the screen remained black while the volume still worked. The repair company took my television and said it was fixed. However they lost my remote (which Sanyo is shipping to me and will take 5 to 7 business days to receive) and now the tv doesn't work with my cable remote - which is did before the guy took it. he's claiming that if the remote doesn't work with the tv that means the sensor is now faulty and he will have to order that part and replace it. so this means, not only 2 months without the use of the television, but it will most likely be another month to 2. It's ridiculous and shouldn't happen to a new television - especially one that cost over $1000. I'm not saying that mine is the most important complaint and should be acted on first, but at least give me the courtesy of treating me like I matter.
