Received a letter dated October 15th, 2015 from a company named SAR & Associates.  They claim to be a debt collector representing LTS Management. They provide a case file no. 691031 and state that I owe $1,450 within 30 days or they will seek legal action against me.  I have done my homework and found many, many others who have receved the EXACT SAME letter (verbatim).  It's obvious to me that this is a scam.  They have been attempting to contact me for a couple of months now.  Calling 2-3 times a day and sending this same letter twice a month.
