sar & associates LTS Management Threated to take me to civil court for over $3000.00 if i did not settle for $300.00 plantation Florida

 I received a letter from SAR & Associates it stated that it was a pre-litigation report and the past due amount was $1450.00 and to contact them to arrange payment.They stated it was from a payday loan I took out in June 2012. I did use payday loans back then but I always paid them, I did not default on any of them.

 I received calls in 2016 saying they were going to send a sheriff and I was going to be served to go civil court for over $3000.00 if i did not pay the settlement amount of $300.00. I gave them my credit card number but told them I did not get back until the next week. I looked up the company and so other fraud reports and the next day I cancelled my credit card.
