Sarasota Ford David Long ripoff Not Paying my paycheck but giving me a direct deposit slip saying it is in acct Sarasota Florida

My name is Bob Geiser up until last friday i was employed by Sarasota Ford. This is my first experience selling cars i started on 2/11/06.

When i was hired i answered an ad for a $1000 sign on bonus,the ability to make a six figure income,working in a family environment,a gold rolex watch when becoming a sales mgr.

I went through 3 weeks of training with Curtis Forbs. The ford walk around champion. What he taught us was how to use word tracks to get the customers emotions running wild.

The first thing you do is introduce yourself,then you get the customer to come into the building,then its mandatory as a condition of employment that a floor closer intervines. During this intervention you cannot say a word or you split the deal w/another sales person or dont get anything at all.

The next thing you do is a customer survey. name etc. and get what is refered to as Hot buttons from the customer. These are safety security or performance. You get a color choice. And off you go you choose the auto 4 the customer they never see what is actually in stock. In the meantime the customer is in the Lions den David walks to the table introduces himself gives your child a free gift and grins all the way to hte office knowing the sheep is ready to be slaughtered.

You bring your choice of autos to hte back door. Bring the customer out through the rear of the dealership and exclaim "Visually is this everything you expected your nex vehicle to be" The customer usually agrees if you have done your job correctly.

You do a real brief explaination of the Customers Hot Buttons and a walk around of the Vehicle and then the test drive begins.

Out the parking lot, 2 oak street, rt on 301,2 fruiteville rd, rt on beneva, pull into a parketing lot and ask the quetions similar to this. What #ford is this? Where are you taking your new car? Who will be the first person you show it 2? then back to dealership to hand the sheep over 2 the voltures
