I ordered floam for my daughter and recieved what I think is the biggest fraud product ever. My daughter will be so dissapointed on Christmas when she opens her package and sees these small tubs of floam when in the ad on tv clearly states she is to recieve double the size tubs.

It is sad when companies like this disapoint our children, and they should not get away with it. I hope everyone who reads all of the reports do not make the same mistake I did and order this crapy floam.

I think when companies can not send what they advertise when they give bonus this and that they should at least let the customer know what is available before the purchase is finalized.

I hope this company goes broke!

She may still like it

Alright Bridget, perhaps I shouldn't have made that last statement.

However, How do you really know that your daughter is going to be diappointed with the Floam? She still may have lot's of fun with it despite it's size.

Well, have a good holiday anyway.

There are some people out there that just don't understand, and in their ignorance, make comments that are insensitive.

R- I live in an area where financially, parents are unable to afford a great deal for the Christmas season. They struggle month to month just to keep a roof over their childrens heads, warmth in the home that they do have, and even food can be scarce. Most of these families do the best they can to assure that their children get at least one thing that they may be wishing for. In this case, Floam. I don't think that you take into consideration that to Bridget's daughter, that Floam may be every bit as important to her as a game cube, PSP, or the newest game may be to another, more privileged child! If you purchased your child a video game, and on Christmas your child was disappointed because he/she tried to play it and found that it was scratched, does that make you mean??

Bridget, I'm sorry for your experience. I've heard complaints in the past about this product, and it sounds like you've been taken in. I've visited the website for Floam, and gotten this customer service # 19209666600. If you haven't already, it might be worth a shot to contact them at that number. They would still have time to send additional product in time for Christmas.

Keep us updated, and our family wishes you and your daughter Happy Holidays, and a prosperous New Year!

You people would try to make this about what it is not.
You may be able to buy what ever you please but some people don't have lots of money to be wasting. I work hard to make ends meet, and my daughter was going to get one of the only things she asked for. Anything would have been better than this crap. No matter what you try to make this out to be thats what it all comes down to CRAPY FLOAM and the Crapy Company that sells this fraud of a product.

If you know that you're daughter is going to be disappointed, then why the hell are you going to still give her this stuff?!

Why don't you get her something that's much better than floam and make up a story about why the floam couldn't be delivered.

I think you're kind of mean.
