SAT And ACT Prep Center Your child name is stolen and you are charged for it Coppell,Texas

The SAT And ACT Prep Center (Center) representative called to my home phone at daytime (when children are at school) and requested my Credit Card number to charge it for the material my daughter was interested in. I refused to give up my Credit Card number by phone and said I would contact the Center if I need their material. My daughter did not confirm she was interested in getting this material when she came home from school.

Two weeks later the Center representative called one more time (and violated second time the National Do Not Call Registry policy, because we are registered). My wife answered the call and was scared to death when she heared somebody named our daughters name and mentioned she is a school student. My wife thought something was wrong with our daughter. Couple of years ago our oldest daughter passed away, and we are very sensitiive now to anything that sounds as a danger to our child.

When my wife learned that there was nothing wrong with our daughter, she lost her alertness and gave up the Credit Card number to purchase the material our daughter requested (as the Center representative disinformed, or better to say, lied to her) for $119.99.

The material came too late (there was no time left to use it), improperly packaged (something small and hard was banging inside of the middle size box), so we returned the package unoppened. I was told I could return the package unopenned if we did not need it and get the full refund.

I contacted the Center and they promise to refund $119.99 as soon as they receive the returned package.
Of course, we have never received any refund for the material we did not actually needed. Even worse, my Credit Card was charged for $49.95 additionally, so I had to cancel my Credit Card to stop this continuous rip-off.

I reported this case to BBB.com and I am determinined to get back $169.94 for the fraud and $11,000.00 for the National Do Not Call Registry policies violation. I have plenty of time, enrgy, right friends with power, and confidence.
