SatFinderDealer kj189 Product doesn't work as described, offered refund but never sent it! Internet

I purchased an antenna from this company in July, 2009. It didn't work as they said it would so I asked for a refund. They asked me to return the antenna and they would refund my money. I received an email from them on Sept. 15 telling me the "check is in the mail." I have not received the check and now they are not answering my emails.

I had thought this was a reputable company as they had a 100% positive feedback rating on Ebay. But I now realize that they just keep delaying customers with problems until it is too late for the customer to file negative feedback.

I don't expect to see my money returned, but if I can prevent someone else from being ripped off that would be good.
