SatFinderDealer KJ189, Kaien Tyler 2 faulty items from Ebay.Seller blocked my emails and any other way of communication Flint,Texas, Internet

I have bought on September 1 Invacom LNB and 1 Diseqc motor for a satellite setup.The transaction took place through SatfinderDealer Ebay shop also known as KJ189.  The products both failed after 3months of use.Contacted the seller to start the RMA procedure and my emails were just ignored.I also tried the instant online AOL account of KJ189 and I got blocked because he was always offline from the next day. I did a second account on aol messenger and he was online again so my first account was blocked.Tried to send more emails and one day the gmail delivery system notified me that the recipient has blocked emails coming from my address. I have opened a ticket report on Ebay but nothing could be done after 3-4 months.Nor Ebay or Paypal could do anything about a problematic case after the 45days period that a customer can file a dispute to take his money back. As far as I am concerned Ebay has a major protection issue towards customers after the 45days period has passed. I can not believe how it is possible to let sellers promote 2-3-4-5 years of warranty on their products that are hosted on Ebay when on the same time you can offer customer protection for only 45days.
