I ordered the New Amplified Rotor Antenna HDTV HD TV VHF UHF Outdoor Antenna thru Ebay and paid thru PayPal.  Total price including shipping $77.76 US.

The antenna arrived on or about December 9, 2009.  We immediately put up the antenna only to discover that we had better reception with a 30 year old antenna.  I contacted Elizabeth KJ189 and she had us double check that we made all the right connections.  So we connected everything again (the same as we had the first time) and again poor reception.  We thought perhaps it was because we were so far any metropolis was why we weren't getting good reception.

Elizabeth said we could return the antenna to REFUNDS POB 450 Flint, Texas, USA 75762 and when they received the antenna they would issue us a refund.  I sent the antenna back on January 6, 2010, at my cost of $24.30 shipping, and thru tracking I found that it was received at their end on January 11, 2010.

I waited a couple weeks and when no refund went back into my PayPal account or no cheque arrived in my mail box I contacted Elizabeth.  She said she couldn't find my information.  So I sent everything I could pertaining to my order. I also included my change of email address.  After several emails, they have now blocked my email address.

I contacted Ebay and they told me to contact PayPal.  I contacted PayPal and they told me that because of the type of transaction they couldn't do anything for me.  Needless to say I am not impressed by either of these companies.  I was also very surprised that Ebay would allow such a shady company as this to sell on Ebay.

On the shipping papers that came with the antenna, it has the seller/shipper name as Jan Dunn   address 11640 Cr 177  Bullard Texas 75757  USA  & phone number 903-894-3930.

I have saved all the emails that we sent each other.
