Satin Youth cream, Zia skin care cream Satin Youth cream multiple billing of 99.95!!! Internet

Satin Youth cream, online store Nov 11th, ordered what was advertised as a 1 oz tube of product on a special internet first time user price.  Recieved was a couple of 1/2 oz small tubes.  That is just the start. 2 weeks later on 11/26 I got billed 99.95 on my credit card! Then again on 12/26 I got billed an additional 99.95! I recieved no further product other than the first shipment. Nothing I read on the initial order stated I would be billed that additonal amount, let alone on a recurring basis. I noticed the charges when I looked at my credit card statement.

I called the company, got a representative who told me it was a "14 day trial", that 99.95 is the regular price for their "wonderful" product. He said I did not get back to them to tell them I did not want the product, so they billed me for the full amount, and also set me up for a shipment and billing every month after. When I told him I never recieved any other product they are billing me for, he said to take it up with UPS as his records showed they dropped it off.

This marketing technique is a total ripoff! They do not tell you about this when ordering. I cancelled any future orders, and now I am out $204.85 for a couple of small tubes. I don't even know if it works, I don't care.
