Jake is a slime bag.  Ive known him personally and professionally for a number of years.  Ive seen him screw just about everyone that comes into his life including his own family. He is very smooth and comes across as competent at first.  He inexplicably thinks very highly of himself.  All of his past business ventures have failed.  He always blames someone else.  He has been sued and lost multiple times for various reasons.  Find a better person to work with that cares about someone other himself.  He wont hesitate to take advantage of anyone if it furthers his own interests.
