I love how Jeremy or Jake get on here and accuse all negative listings of being ex employees and that no one could ever be unhappy with them.

I'm an ex employee.  When I interview, Jeremy promised be an hourly wage in addition to commission.  He was lying and later claimed he never made that statement.  I quit and had to threaten to go to the Department of Labor before he paid me for my hours worked.  He gave me the run around.  Claimed he was sick.  Then didn't bother showing up at the office when he knew I was coming.  

Jeremy is a very smart but cocky man.  He's also dishonest and lacks any type of ethics.  He hides behind his religion to gain trust.  He's a dirty, lying criminal.

Jake is no better, as he's known Jeremy for a long time and knows exactly how he's "getting business."

We have reviewed and spoken with each of our clients.  Not only does this not reflect the situation of any of our clients but it is a posting from a disgruntled former employee attempting to smear our good name.

In a court of law youre granted the ability to question your accuser. Online, individuals are free to make reckless, anecdotal claims that amount to nothing less than libel. They hide behind the anonymity offered online and disparage a companys otherwise good name. Its shameless.

Satterfield Organization works closely with our state legislators and regulators. Weve developed a good relationship with the Utah Division of Real Estate. And although not a member, we have no complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

If there were cause for any concern from our company, its practices or services consumers would be made aware of it through communication with the Utah Division of Real Estate. There are over 300 federal, state and local laws that regulate mortgage brokerages. Failure to adhere results in loss of licensure, a far cry from online smear campaigns by disgruntled, incognito former employees.

I am sorry you had a bad experience.  I had a different experience with Jeremy Roberts.  I met him in February.  When we met he had a licensed loan officer with him and said he wasn't licensed.  He just kind of explained a program that the government has.  The loan officer quoted what my savings could of been.  He was really honest with me and kept telling me that this might be A option, not necessarily THE option.  I would be pretty surprized if he wasn't honest with you.

I can tell you that their president guy calls all the shots and if you aren't happy I bet it is with him.  We had to deal with him twice and the two times we talked with him he was a complete jerk.  He was the opposite of Jeremy.

I would call the company to complain and talk to Jeremy.  Jake was a total jerk.
