Saunders law group Samuel Gomez. So called lawyer. They are not a law firm. they are group of guys that hired a lawyer . Sounders is not in charge. corona California

I contacted the law firm (called sounders law group) and I asked to speak to a LAWYER. The receptionist transferd me to Sam Gomes, Samuel Gomes. I asked him if he is an attorney and he said yes and asked me what i was talking about. Sam foind out that i got the information on line about forclosure stopping methods. T R O temporary restraining order and went on to tell me that is a guarantee to stop and its best thing after BK. 

to make a long story short I ended up giving them all I had was three days before filling and demanded for me to come by that day and not go any other lawyers since you get what you pay fir he quoted. This kid belomgs in Jail  as I found out he is just a used car sales man and has no idea what's the appropriate case law behind what he was selling me. He wrote a contract and charged me for filing fees and took my last $3200 to file this TRO.

They never had the intention to file and just wanted to keep my funds by contacting the trustee to get a continuance if that. They had me wait till last day and I had to push to get my funds back.  

Sounders never saw me , sounders never filed any TRO or any other actions , sounders told me he just found out about me and he doesn't know me. 

When i threaten to take action he said i have to sign a full release to get my money back. 

They forced me to file a Bk the last minute just to maybe save my home..

Sounders is a Rat that hides behind theis criminals and they're taking people's money and given them false hope and misrepresenting them. They need to be out of businees . 

They had me sign a release but idiots didn't even read where I signed by force. No my name .
