We were approached by www.savetheamericandream.com as a refinance company for a vehicle loan. what we fond out was that it is a negotiation company (which isnt guaranteed) and thy said the could lower our car payment by $150 a month. sounded great! small application fee of $400. after not recieving any other information and nothing mailed to us we called back and were told the application fee would be refunded and the loan modification would be canceled. guess what? our vehicle was repossessed and no refund and when we call back the number isno longer in business! Legal action is being taken and lawsuit is pending!
