savebig.com Took my money, did not forward winnings (14), appears not to be on internet, customer support line closed!!! Internet

I had gone on this site (www.savebig.com) last year and they did forward my winnings to me.  However, this year after winnings several items (12or13), I am still waiting for them, which is unusual because they claim to forward within 7 to 10 days.  It has been more than a month now and still nothing from them. 

After reading some of the reports about this web site, I regret that I had gone back to it.  I should have read up on the site before going back.  I intend to notify my bank and see if it's possible for them to intervene.  I will have them block any attempts to withdraw and if necessary, close my account.
