SaveBig.com Penney Auction Class Action Needed Now Internet

No question in my mind.  SavingBig.com penney auction is a fraud and scam.  I've won 6 items in the past month or so and have received none of them.  In addition if won numerous bid voucher packs and paid shipping and handling charges.  When I contacted customer service about this they appologized and said they were only the call center and would have to contact the company for them to respond to me about my items.  Here's a what I got back.  I'm just including one of the 6 responses that say the same thing.  Seems like they have a major problem with all of their partner/vendors since all of my WON bid items are being refunded.  Strange, all of my Won big voucher packages were accepted and charged a shipping and handling charge.  IT IS TIME TO ORGANIZE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!
