  • On 4-18-11,A $99.00 transfer was removed from my bank account by SaveBig.com. It should have been $75.00. A $99.00 transfer fee was never authorized by me. I emailed @ least 10 times concerning this problem. I NEVER got a response. On 5-5-11 I bid @ auction, winning small items. I later noticed my bank account had Another charge of a $75.00 transfer to SaveBig.com, along with shipping charges of the items I won. This transfer was never authorized by me. Again, I emailed @ least 15 more times concerning this second transfer. Again, NO response by SaveBig.com!..............................................

    • On 5-5-11 (The only time I used their auction) I started with a "baby" auction, used for beginners. I won free bids yet my bank account was charged for shipping charges of these bids! Again, I emailed. NO response! As of 9-2-11 I have had $194.17 transferred out of my bank account-into theirs. I have sent @ least 50 emails to this company, to NO avail! After I noticed all the false charges on my account, I never used them again. I am STILL waiting on items I won to arrive by mail I have not recieved! I originally got on their site because I saw a video praising them for their "big ticket" items such as big screen t.v.'s, computers, Ipad's etc..They were suppose to be relative easy to win, @ certain times of the day. I have since scanned their site (while getting on it, to email them) There have been NONE of these items offered by them for months!..........

      1. I have tryed to contact this company until I am blue in the face! They REFUSE to respond concerning any matter! I know someone has read ALL my complaints as that is what spurred the second round of their unauthorized transfers from my bank account! I have NOT used them since these problems started. I bid on 5-5-11. Thats it! I want my monies returned to me! I have not only payed for services I did NOT authorize but, I have payed for services I haven't even recieved! I think 4 months to ship an item is suffice + to charge shipping for free bids is ludicruos! To allow a company such as this to operate under the fraud/scamming act of the American people, is a crime all in-itself! I haven't even found out exactly where this company operates, nor its origin! ALL I want is my money-AND justice! Someone needs to shut these thiefs down!!! AND warn future bidders of their unscrupulous practices!
