Please be extra cautious if you are going to do business with this company. After my experience and doing research about Saveology, it looks like they have a lot of different type of products they offer and fail to deliver (rebates and any tangible products). There has been complaints and reported fraudulent activity going as far back as 2011 or maybe further.

Unfortunately, I made a mistake of letting my guard down a little bit when I was dealing with Comcast regarding my internet. I was not diligent enough to make sure the Saveology Tech was reputable. I assumed that a company dealing with Comcast is not likely to conduct business this way, but I was wrong. During the process of our internet contract through comcast we were told that there is a promotion regarding the modem and router through Saveology Tech. We would pay some cost and we would get a rebate back. At the time, the economy was rough and of course we were on a budget, therefore, we agreed to do it.

It has been now almost nine months in counting that I have yet to receive my rebate. They said around one and a half month ago that there was a problem with the rebates that the bank issued. Then about three weeks ago they said the check is on its way. I called around one week a go and they are telling me again that there is a problem with the bank and to wait one more week. I happen to have some internal experience and knowledge with bank processing. This is untolerable. At this point, it is the principal of it all and I am very upset and disgusted. Everyday and even at this moment I feel that they are trying to fraud people, either through enticement and or promotions to buy the products with a rebate promise or taking consumers money and not delivering anything at all.

We have to bond together and stop this company!!!!!!

I read a comment from a woman that has a problem with Saveology and she is from Massachusetts. A consumer law in Massachusetts states:

Chapter 93A is designed to protect consumers from the unfair and deceptive practices employed by some businesses. It gives consumers (who feel they have been unfairly deceived by a business) the right to file a claim in court and thus receive compensation for the monetary loss theyconsequently suffered.
Double or Treble (triple) Damages may be awarded for cases falling under Chapter 93A. If a business knowingly violated the law or if, having been informed of such a violation, the business did not correct the problem, then the consumer is entitled to receive up to three times the amount of money he lost at the hands of the business.

There is a consumer law for different states so wherever you are please be resilient. We will not get taken advantage off.
