Savings to go False advertisement, offered $50 gift card for 30-day free trial, never received. Plano Texas

I ordered things from Carol Wright, and in the package received an advertisement that said I was eligible to receive $50 gift card for 30-day free trial.  So I called, it was for Savings to Go, they said you're not obligated to buy anything, and you will receive the $50 gift card even if after the 30 days you cancel.  So I gave them my information, and I was sent a packet of information about Savings to Go.  Seemed like a good program, but right now am strapped for cash, but thought maybe might sign on to the program later on.  They had me give credit card # and after 30 days if do not cancel will be charged something like $14.95 per month.  Was about 20 days into the free trial, and I had never received any information about the gift card.  I called them and they said I should have received a paper to fill out what gift card I wanted.  I told them never received.  They emailed me the paper and I filled it out.  I also told them at this time, when my 30-days was up I wanted to cancel and asked if I would still receive my gift card, since I did do the trial for 30 days.  They said Yes if I sent the paper right away.  I emailed the filled out form back within 10 minutes of them sending it to me (with the email address they provided me with).  30 days went by, 45 days went by, 60 days went by.  No gift card.  I called the company again and they said they don't know why a gift was never sent, and they would send me out a new package, I should receive in 2-3 day, and I need to fill out and return, and a gift card would be issured in 2-3 days after that.  OK.  Never received any package.   I absolutely hate false advertisement.  I had thought about sometime joining this "club" but definitely won't know.  AND I will never buy from Carol Wright again.  I thought of them as a trustworthy company, but if they don't check out the companies they let advertise in their packages, then I don't have much use for them.  I even send Carol Wright an email explaining what happen.  I got a autimatic response that they would be in contact with me in the the next 2-4 days.   Has been 2 weeks, nothing.  I know Savings to Go has my correct address, or how would they have been able to send the original package to me?
