Saxon Mortgage Company Cannot get a direct answer from anyone at Saxon Houston Texas

My name is Karen and I was injured in an auto accident in 85 as a result I am a quadriplegic I need help desperately. My current home is in bad repair I have mold, mildew, fungus, and a cracked sewer pipe in my crawl space that is causing toxic fumes to seep into the entire house. AAA of Michigan is willing to build a new home for me but, Saxon Mortgage Company will not respond to any requests from AAA or me to put the existing loan on my new home.
I feel it is imperative that someone other than me and AAA Michigan can contact their Customer Relations Department. I feel that Saxon has been giving me the runaround for the past six months I can speak with someone in customer service and they can't give me any information except for me to fax more of the same documents to the Customer Relations Department or to contact supervisor or their supervisor's supervisor this is ridiculous. I spoke with them on May 8th I also found out that other Saxon clients have a class action lawsuit against them. There are other victims out there where Saxon refuses to answer or respond to the many requests.

I had surgery on my back and have been on complete bed rest for several months and my doctor also sent a letter stating that the home is medically unsafe for me and my family. I feel the only way that I can get Saxon Mortgage Company's attention is through the media please help I'm desperate.
