I also have been dealing with Saxon Mtg. They have told me for several days they will call me back on figures and never do. I know now that my house is being forclosed on and the date. From reading all of these reports it has helped me understand what to do next.
I am going to file Bankrupcy Chapter 13 and start researching this company in more detail. I think as many people as possible should consider a class action lawsuit against the company.
I am willing to participate in this and would like anyone that would be interested in it to contact me through the editor of this site or the rebuttal key.
I would also like to know how many people have contacted there origonal Mortgage Companies and asked them why they would sell there Mortgage to a company as bad as Saxon. And give them this websites address and try to get them to read themselves.

My family is in the same boat with all of the Saxon Mortgage victims. I can't believe how this company conducts business. I want to get together with as many people around the country as possible to try to deal with these issues. But how.... How do we get together? If you or anyone reading this reply has a suggestion let me know.

to the person who is interested in filing aclass action suit against saxon please i would like to join you in this attempt . they are an unscruplious company and foreclose on property after taking thousands of dollars from their mortgage holders. the government wont help please others join in this lawsuit
i will continute to check this site for pending information on a lawsuit. they took my property for one missed payment and i sent them 8000 dollars trying to clear this up people we must take a stand

Please fell free to email me this company destroyed my life and I feel they shouldn't get away with taking our homes and forcing us in to bankrupcty. I was trying to pay but they put some outrageous fees that they cant back up I was never able to pay and forced to sell my home.
