Saxon Mortgage run by completely greedy uncaring robots Fort Worth Texas

I have been trying to buy a "short sale" home since August 17th 2008 that is being sold by Saxon Mortgage. After giving me several different stories in the past 3 months, I heard yesterday that the amount I offered (which was the full listing price) was declined. They decided they wanted 30K more than they originally listed the house for. All the homes in the area have appraised at the the price listed and they are crazy if they think they can get 30k more. I am 6 months pregnant now and with the holidays rapidly approaching, I have to go back out there and start all over again. I was completely devasted and unprepared for their answer. Even both realtors involved are completely floored. One is even ordering her own BPO to try and prove to them they are crazy. Now the poor homeowner will go into foreclosure and Saxon will end up having to put the house in auction because they will never get the price they are asking in this economy. This company does not have any rational humans working there, they all must be robotic automatons pushing numbers to make the higher ups richer while the homeowners suffer. I feel sorry for ANYONE who has a mortgage through them and will make sure everyone I ever speak to knows never to trust Saxon Mortgage. Cant wait to see their entire company go bankrupt in this financial crisis !
