SBC - AT&T ripoff and reporting me to credit bureau Sacramento California

i was billed for my phon service but at the time i was un able to pay the whole amount at the time i paid half the bill then i paid the othe half later then i kept getting bills from them and then they added a deposit fee on the bill i told them to send me an itemized statement of charges and to take off the deposit and ill pay the rest because i will never use ther sevice again the just send a bill of how much i owe and now they hve sent me to collections and i keep telling them i want a itemized statement but have gone no were now on credet report.
