i ordered some xmas gifts from jcpenney in the internet and i got more than i wanted, a membership to sbs fun family rewards, i did not accept. but was surprized to see that they took out 9.99 out of my checking. i called to cancel and get my money back,but i got someone that doesnt speak english.
