My wife subscribed to the monthly delivery of perfumes. My wife has since past away. I have been trying to cancel this subscription for 5 months, with no success. The only Scentbird phone number I could find is a corporate number, which is answered by an answering machine. I left several messages and "shocker" they never call back. The only way to contact customer service is by e-mail. I have sent Scentbird several emails over the past 5 months to cancel the subscription with no response. I contaced my credit card, disputed and blocked any further charges. Scentbird then charged my credit card using a different name. There is only one reason Scentbird has no way to contact them by phone (SCAM). There is only one reason Scentbird uses different names to charge your credit card (SCAM).
