Scentbird They stole money and gave me a false tracking number New York New York

This company has taken my money for their monthy subscription and never sent me the product I paid for. I have contacted them about it several times and they just send me emails back asking for me to be patient while they are in transition. They then provided me a UPS tracking number and when I called UPS to check the status of my package the representative from UPS told me that the tracking number Scentbird provided was not a valid tracking number;

so I double checked that I gave them the correct number and I did. So then I also called the USPS and fedex just in case and sure enough that is not a valid tracking number at all. I have asked for a refund and none has been given to me.
