Then you go in for the interview where the lady Keisha, last name unknown was very unprofessional, she was using foul language and the office looked like it was thrown together. There were no computers anywhere, which should have been a red flag. What businesses operate without computers these days Anywho, Keisha told me I would get a call back between 4:30 and 5:30 that same day to let me know if they wanted me back for a 2nd interview.
So of course they call me back & I'm sure everyone else that came in for an interview and they tell me I've been selected from over 200 applicants to come back for a 2nd interview and could I come in the next day.
I go in the next day for the 2nd interview, which is really like a group meeting where we weren't allowed to ask questions until the end. They said it would be from 12 to 2:30 or 3, but it lasted until 4. There was a guy named Floyd, last name unknown heading the meeting. He was very hyper and used foul language throughout the meeting just like Keisha did in the 1st interview. He kept saying he didn't want to waste our time, but kept doing exactly that with BS stories from movies and just a bunch of nonsense that had nothing to do with the job.
At the end of that 4 hour 2nd interview everyone was still puzzled as to what we would be doing as employees of Impulse Management. They said we could ask questions at the end, but Floyd left immediately and Keisha turned up the radio really loud and asked everyone to come up individually with their ID and then you could go outside and ask Floyd any questions you had.
When I went outside, Floyd was out there smoking a cigar, in his cell phone, not paying attention, or giving me eye contact when I went to ask him a question. I said, are we going to be selling perfume on the streets??? Floyd "WE", then you need to go get the rest of the group & then he said matter fact, I don't even want to talk to you anymore. I was baffled.
It seems like when you ask them a logical question, they get mad. The whole job is full of s**t is what it boils down to. They telll you how they're making all these hundred thousands of dollars a year, but yet they're set up in these rinky dink offices and they themselves don't look like money either.
They are very manipulative and deceptive. DON'T TRUST THEM, RUN AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE.

#3 UPDATE Employee
A Real Opportunity

I have had the priviledge of working along side Keisha and Floyd while training to run my office. I can say the opportunity is Real! This is a company where any person no matter your background, can train to be in business for themself. I think it is absurd for some lazy person who is not willing to put in the hard work to become successful to get on the internet and have the audacity to down talk two of the most real people Ive had the opportunity to meet, only after sitting through a short interview and not even devoting a week of their life to their own personal success. Its very unfortunate for them that they missed out on a once in a lifetime opportunity that would have changed their life.
If you don't take this oppotunity you will never get an opportunity like this again. I have become a better person is so many ways and I only have the company, Floyd and Keisha to thank. My life has changed more than I couldve imagined. This company has taught me how to be more positive, disciplined, responsible, mature, professional, and has made me a business woman. The company does not judge any one and gives every person an equal opportunity which I can't say about any of my previous jobs. This is not just a job, this is a career. I would not give up my opportunity and what this training program has taught me for anything in the world.
All you have to do is devote your time your own success. They train you to run a business from the ground up and how to become successful by helping others who also want an opportunity, and would not have had one otherwise, to become successful.
I am an educated young woman and I know this is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my family. I have the utmost level of respect for Keisha and Floyd and they are two the most real people I have had the priviledge to work for and with. I am so grateful for what they have taught me and I know they care about people and there goal is to change peoples lives and help as many people become successful as they possibly can. This is certainly not a scam and I know firsthand.

I believe this not to be a scam. Its the real deal

First of all, I realize everyone is entitled to their opinions. With that said, I am a former employee of Impulse Management and it is in my own opinion that this is not a scam. While I may not have obtained my own office, I did what it took to go through the ranks and eventually made trainer.
I had worked with Floyd and Keisha for almost 3 wonderful months and I enjoyed every minute of going through their training program. Yes it was a lot of work, but well worth it. I got to meet a lot of new people both within the organization and potential customers. Even made a couple friends there at Impulse Management.
One of the most important lessons they taught me was how to put myself in a positive attitude and how to keep it that way. I continue to use their "Great, no problem" technique everyday. I want to thank them so much for changing my life for the better.
For anyone to call this a scam after only about 5 or 6 hours of listening to what is offered is just not realistic. I had put probably over 200 hours of hard work into learning the business. I feel that anyone who has stuck around that long is truly entitled to that kind of opinion if that is how they feel.
As for me, I do not feel that way. I only regret not sticking it out a lot longer than I did, but circumstances beyond my control (at least for now) are keeping me from continuing (yes I know Bossman, excuses are for the weak, however, very much true) the training program.

I feel your pain...

I feel your pain. Honestly, I'm shocked that those two are still in business. I was in " training" at Phoenix Management during 2010 and met those two on our Friday/ Saturday " Power Meetings". They cannot keep FNPs, talk down to everyone, and have terrible tempers. They are not rich, they are barely scraping by. You were smart to leave like you did.
