Stan Schultz, Christina Marie Schultz, Josh Schultz, Karen Forrest and the rest of the staff are all CON ARTISTS! Stan has been very slick because he changed his corporate name to hide the hundreds of complaints and law suits against him from the public. They have a terrible reputation with the Better Business Bureau so many complaints they were kicked out of the BBB. Stan changed the name of the company and refiled with the BBB to make it look like he didn't have any complaints.
Stan Schultz is the owner of Schultz and Schultz, Inc he has a terrible reputation with government agencies like HUD for scamming people and telling consumers he can save their home through loss mitigation because he works for HUD. HE DOES NOT WORK FOR HUD, CALL HUD and they will tell you they are after him for saying he does.
Stan also sells "training" material to teach people who want a home business how to do loss mitigation and scam poor people in foreclosure out of their money. Stan has been arrested many times and is currently under indictment for fraud charges. His own twin brother has a suit against him for theft.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR ANYONE IN HIS COMPANIES HE IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND CON ARTIST!!! BEWARE DON'T LET HIM TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE HE HAS SO MANY OTHERS!
