I simply made an account to look at my credit score one time and was not made aware when I signed up that I would be charged almost $30 after 7 days of signing up. I called to cancel the account and request at least a partial refund and was denied. I explained you can go ahead and cancel the account ago I had it for a matter of 9 days total and give me a partial refund, the lady kept explaining to me all the benefits and denied a refund. Complete scam! Do not, I repeat, do not set up an account with them. I've heard good things about other credit viewing sites. Don't be a victim of this!
