Scott tompkins Stepping stonem Attempted to swindle more money from me after being notified that my disability check came the third of the month Boynton Beach Florida

 When I moved into stepping stones Boynton location Mr. Tompkins was informed by my mother in person who at the time was my representative payee on my social security disability check and handled all monies that my check was directly deposited into her account on the third of each month. I moved in March of 2016 paid a pro rated fee and come the end of April he notified me that I was paid through April 29th and I needed to get his pro rated figures which by the way after I did the math were way over. I told him my mother refused to cut him a check. His solution have her POST DATE the check. After discussing the situation with people who know if him and his practices of ripping people off I was told by a very reputable member of the recovering community in Delray Beach Florida that under no circumstances do I POST DATE a check as to their knowledge he has figured out ways to cash said POST dated checks prior to the due date. Meaning my mother's account would be charged astronomical fees. On another note a guy whom I lived with at another halfway house a total relapsed drank within a week of moving in they gave him a second chance put him on house arrest for two weeks as soon as the two weeks were up he up and drank again and he was allowed to stay. My immediate roomate a 65 year old chronic alcoholic also drank and was allowed to stay. The day I vacated not only did I not give notice but the live in house manager attempted to speak to me I ignored him when Mr. Tompkins arrived to collect his post dated check he blocked me from editing the front door and I LITERALLY had to crawl underneath his arm blocking the door. I just found out that he's the former owner but still accepting payments from unsuspecting individuals seeking a safe place to recover
