In December of 2009 I talked with Scotty D. Jones of the Dunham Law and signed a Professional Service Agreement for him to represent my son in court... He loked at my son's record and told me He would be able to get my son off and into Rehab.... So I gave him all my money $15,000.00 on Jan. 4th, 2010..... He did nothing for my son that he told me he would...He did not represent him in court, instead he put it off on John L. Fritz who got disbarred 3 weeks after my son was sentenced to prison for 60 years.....Scotty lied to me numerous times for over a year leading me to believe that he was working on my son's case.... I have asked for some of my money back but he just laughed about it and said that he did'nt get paid enough as it was..... I have all sort's of legal papers that show he did not do anything for my son but get him a worse sentence.... He took advantage of my ignorance of the law and my Age...

Stand Up to Scotty Jones

Scotty Jones is a nothing more than a salesman. He doesn't represent anyone that sits in front of him. He takes advantage of people daily and gets away with it because nobody reports him to the state bar. Stand up people, attorneys are not allowed to act like this nor treat people this way. Turn him in to the State Bar of Texas!!! They will punish him
