My mother gave her life savings to Scotty Jones of the Dunham Law firm to represent me in court... He assigned John L. Fritz to the job even though he told my mother that he was taking care of it.

My mother told me he repeatedly lied to her and that he kept making promises about the outcome of my situation... No one from the Dunham Law firm ever came to visit me at the jail after my mom gave them $15,000..... I have reveiwed the case file they had on me and there is absolutely no independent investigation done on their part, nor much effort put forth in my representation.... I and my mother both have tried to get her money back or some portion at least...And have had no luck so far...

I was sentenced o 09-17-2010, John Fritz who worked for Scotty Jones at the Dunham Firm represented me at the time was put on a probated suspension on 09-20-2010 and then disbarred on 10-09-2010 by the State Bar of Texas Cheif Disciplinary Counsel for 4 professional rule infractions.

My mother has been trying to get help from someone but nobody wants to listen to a little old woman..
