Scribble Pen you'll never receive the product San Francisco California

June 1st I became aware of Scribble Pen. They claim that they can detect any color and reproduce it either in an ink pen or in their mobile app. On their website it claimed there was only one day left to pre-order at 50% off so I ordered. Received an email saying thanks, and that they'd ask me for my shipping address later. More research the next day and I've found that this "company" has been around since 2015 and that they've never sent anyone anything, ever. So I returned to the website and it STILL said there was one day left to pre-order so I emailed them to cancel. They directed me to their poorly worded terms of service that pretty much said they didn't have to send me anything. So I reported them to the BBB (which they'll probably ignore), the FBI, consumer reports and now here. I've also disputed the transaction with my credit card. I just want to put this out there so no one else orders with this company because you won't get anything. I also reported their website to the company that hosts their page too.
