Sears credit cards i am being billed with late fees and my bill was 2,000.00 and i lost my job and i got behind so i told them over and aver i am sending in my payment for 50.00 all i can afford well they put on 1,000.0 des moines, Iowa

I have a charge card at Sears credit cards and  I lost my job .   I had as lot of stress at worked and this is another issue.   I got fired from my job at Casino Arizona and I worked as a housekeeper.   This kept me from being on time with my payment to sears.   I waited for unemployment and tried to get them to help me with my payments by telling them I need assistance with late charges.   The calls continued and no help.    I got calls continually and my late charges added up.  

One person told me they are trying to help me and I was wrong.   They never got me on a payment program.  I was really getting madder.   I told them my husband is as very sick man with medical issues and cannot help me financially.   No matter what it was adding up more and more the late charges.   Any ways i now finally got help after they told me to open a checking account and they would get me on a payment which i could never make. In other words they finally made an agreement that my $80.00 a month was the limit for me.  

Next phone call they refused to put me on a hardship program.   Now another phone call I got really mad .  I told them now my bill is over $4,000.00 and they got me in collections for a year.   I want something  done with all the late charges they put on me.   The $1,000.00 they put on my bill upsets me.    I have had it hard trying to catch up with my bills.   One thing my other charge cards took off my late charges and have me on a payment program.   My husband loosing his job has made it hard on us and  his health has gone wrong.   I want all these unnecessary charges off .
